  2. Allen McCutchen says:

Will this fit on an HK 416 pistol with the HK adapter? Do I need castle nut and all of the other accessories?

  3. Jesse says:

Will adding a CAA cheek rest to the shockwave reclassify it as a stock?

  4. Tyler says:

Will the Blade shockwave fit and work on a daniel defense pistol without the use of Shockwave’s buffer tube assembly and spring?
    Thanks

  5. Devin says:

Is it possible to get a buffer weight for a 9mm ar?

  6. Paul says:

Will the shockwave blade work properly on a Daniel Defense M4 .300 Blackout pistol, or do I need the kak tube? Thanks.

We always recommend the KAK Shockwave tube. It’s just that much better. :)

    • Mark says:

You really should get the tube. The two are MADE to work together and do so very well. The tube is dimpled for the set screw in the brace so it will lock in better than any other tube. You’re wasting so much potential of the brace without the tube.

Will this work on the sig sauer 556 pistol

  8. Mike says:

Will this be compatible with a 9 inch “gas” barrel in 300 blackout. Looking to make a ar pistol using the blade if it works.

  9. Chris says:

Is this the package that will fit Kriss M4 adaptor for the Vector? And will it keep the weapon’s “pistol” classification after it is installed?

    • marty says:

      Hello Chris,

Yes, as long as the adapter you are using accepts a standard AR-15 buffer tube, this is the kit you will need.

      Thank you for writing,
      Marty

Do you have to have a barrel under 17 inches to use this Shockwave Blade, Black + KAK Shockwave Tube Kit? Other wise wouldn’t it be called a short rifle. Thanks

    • Jason says:

This item makes the firearm a pistol. A pistol has no minimum or maximum legal barrel length. A rifle with a barrel shorter than 16″ (muzzle device is ONLY factored into this length when it is pinned or welded – “permanently attached”) is considered a “short barreled rifle” or “SBR” and requires a tax stamp from the ATF before you can legally possess said SBR. If you make or possess an SBR without a tax stamp, you can spend 10 years in federal prison and pay steep fines. There are many more laws regarding this stuff. Go to a gun shop and have them explain it all to you.

  14. Damien says:

Can i use these parts on my ak pistol? Seen a million ways how but there all different

    • marty says:

      Hello Damien,

Thank you for writing. A lot of people are using the US Machinegun adapter and attaching the Blade pistol stabilizer with KAK tube to it.

      Thank you again,
      Marty

  15. Willie Hollin says:

Will the kak work on a RockRiver pistol buffer. Thanks

    • marty says:

      Hello Willie,

I’m assuming you mean the Shockwave Blade. No, the RRA pistol buffer tube is way too big. Not sure why they made its O.D. so large. But it’s virtually the only tube that the Blade won’t fit. Easy enough to fix–add a KAK Shockwave tube to your order.

      Thank you,
      Marty

  16. Phillips Robinson Jr says:

Hey guys! What size is the buffer that comes with the kit? Standard or H2? Thanks for your time?

  17. Tuck says:

To improve on recoil reduction, will this set up work with a heavier buffer? Like a 9mm buffer or even an H3?

  18. Ed says:

    Is this product Cali legal?

    • marty says:

      Hello Ed,

Thank you for writing. To tell you the truth, I have no idea if it’s specifically California-legal. What I can tell you is that we sell a truckload of them to customers in California.

      Thank you again,
      Marty
